There is little doubt that the world could use some changing.  We now seem to be more polarized and distrustful of our fellow man than any time I can remember.  Not only do we fear that other countries are out to get us, but we also fear our neighbors.  If fearmongering and political change doesn’t destroy us, the virus surely will.

So how do we change all this?  How do we come together and recognize our shared humanity?  It is exceedingly rare that an individual can capture the hearts of people and unify them.  In almost every example in history, leaders unify their followers around a shared threat, not by embracing our humanity.  Further, the teachings of virtually every enlightened master failed to have wide spread followers until after their passing from this reality.  However, I am not suggesting that we must find an outside threat or kill someone to effectuate change, although that might be quicker and easier….

We can only change the world in a real and lasting way one person at a time.   We change the world by raising our own vibration.  By remembering to live primarily in the upper chakras, we radiate the frequencies of those chakras to those around us.  Much like the top of a circus tent, the canvas around the tip of the tent will rise as the tip rises.  All the canvas rises as the tip rises, it can be no other way.  As we radiate Love and Light, those that walk with us will do the same.

Smile at a stranger, look them in the eye.  You are letting them know you see them and that you recognize the same Light that is within you is within them.  Then watch as they smile at another and the chain continues.  A gentle touch or a kind word unifies more than you realize.  You will never know how you touch the lives of those you walk with every day, but know that it can be profound.

You have the power to change the world, one person at a time.  The Love and Light of All That Is pours through you.  Remember who you are so that others, in seeing your Light,  may do the same.

Now we are doing yoga…
