Do you sometimes feel like you are a square peg being forced into a round hole?  Family and friends put up with you, but they just don’t get it?  Do you view news articles and other happenings from a completely different perspective from those around you?  It gets lonely.  Do you fight it or just sit with your mouth shut?  Sound familiar?

Attempting to conform to be something you are not will only get you a bloody forehead.  A pity party will only get you red eyes and a tear stained pillow.  Instead, embrace the Truth of your being, see yourself as you truly are.

Embrace your True Self.  A tulip cannot grow thorns any more than a thorny vine can grow a tulip.  Eeyore can’t be Pooh.  Know that you are doing exactly what you are meant to be doing, exactly where you are meant to be doing it.

However, there is nothing to fight either.  We all must walk our own paths even though they all ultimately lead to the same place.   Yes, we are all part of the One.  Yes, we are all entangled Beings of Light.  However, we have all manifest in this world to explore this life, not as clones, but as individuals with different beliefs and perspectives on all that surrounds us.  No belief or perspective is wrong, just different.

We are meant to embrace our True Selves and live this life to its fullest!  Celebrate our differences and celebrate our collective magnificence.  It is our differences that makes humanity the multifaceted jewel that we are.  Acceptance and unconditional Love is the polish that truly makes us shine!

Now we are doing yoga…
