What if I told you that you are not able to perceive 99% of the light and sound that surrounds you as you read this? Physicist now say that is true.
What if I told you that 99% of all matter, including your body, your car, your house, everything is 99% empty space? Physicist now say that is also true.
What if I told you that the remaining 1% of matter isn’t really matter at all, and that it is nothing more than light waves or frequencies of energy? Physicist now say that is true as well.
What if I told you that there is an infinite number of dimensions and that you only perceive, at best, 4. Physicist now say not only is that true, but that those infinite dimensions are likely teeming with life, quite possibly yours.
Are you still with me? Hard to believe that we live in a universe that is nothing more than various frequencies of energy or light, but that’s what the scientists have established. Funny how science is now syncing up with spiritual teachings that have been around for as long as history has been recorded.
So what’s my point? You, the real you, exist as energy. In this existence, way down at the bottom of the rabbit hole, you only perceive a very small part of that energy. The rest of you, the 99% outside of your perception, is the eternal you, the you that truly matters. Not unlike an iceberg, the vast majority of what is “you” is hidden just under the surface.
So where do you think your time, your energy and your intention should be focused? On the tip of the iceberg or on the magnificent structure just below the surface? The choice is yours.
Now we are doing yoga…
