We are constantly told that we are all the same, we are all equal, that no one person is better than anyone else.  Yet our eyes, our ears, our monkey minds tell us this is not so, that we are all very different.  Why is this so?  Who is telling the truth and who is not?

The difference is in what each person is talking about.  In reality, in the real world where we are eternal beings, under any true measure outside of the illusion of the ego, we are all equal.  We are beautiful beings of light without judgment that exist in a continuous state of joy and peace.

It is only our ego that separates us.  Our ego and the “reality” we create in this world through our own thoughts and fears.  I know this to be true as I have experienced releasing individuals from their egos full of fear and hate and remorse.  Once they are released, once their eyes are opened to the Love and Light of who they truly are, once they remember their inheritance, they all become the same.  Equal loving beings of Love and Light.  They truly realize themselves as Holy Children of Creation.

While this all may sound too “simple” or trite, it is the Truth.  Experience the truth of who your “enemies” are and you will realize they are the same as you.  It is only the temporary existence of ego while in this world that separates us.  This separation lasting no more than the blink of an eye when viewed from eternity is not real.

Try this for yourself.  In your next meditation go to your place that is quiet, serene, secure.  That place where you can hang out in joy and peace.  For me it’s a quiet pool of water that I float in with the sun warming my face.  Once you are there and properly settled, invite in someone you consider to be your “enemy”, someone that you know personally and don’t want them to be near you.   Recognize that they too have fears and anxieties.  They too are Holy Children of Creation.  Look them in the eye and thank them for their presence.  Kiss each cheek and thank them for their past interactions with you and thank them for the lessons they have given you.

Surround them with all that you are.  Surround them in the golden white Light of Source, the Light that defines your true identity.  Offer them all the Love and Light that defines you, all of it.  Do so with earnest intention.  Then release them, tell them the lessons are complete.  Watch as the tension between the two of you dissolves.

Only that which endures without change is real.  Hate, fear, anxiety all dissolve with Love.  To respond with anything but Love simply creates more of what you don’t like.  Reality is that which is eternal.  We are all eternal beings.

We can only take our experiences, our lessons with us from this world and it is those lessons which guide us Home.  We must all have these experiences, perhaps at different times and places while in this world, but we must experience everything necessary, both good and bad,  to learn the lessons that take us Home.

We will all learn the same lessons, we will all learn that only Love endures, that nothing, absolutely nothing is greater than Love and it is only through Love that we can be our true selves existing in peace and joy.  When we learn these lessons is our choice, but we will learn all necessary lessons in time as we open our heart to our true desire to return Home.  Source, itself, is not complete without each one of us.  Even our “enemies”.  Source waits for us all, we need only turn toward the Light and ask to come Home.

Do this today and the lessons will be given to you. Your journey Home will begin.
