Changing your perspective, remembering who you are takes practice.  It is an ongoing daily, hourly process.

Stop whatever you are doing at a set time at least twice each day and remind yourself of your Divinity.  It only takes a few minutes, and it will change you profoundly.

Close your eyes and feel the hum of your body.  Feel the essence of Source as it flows through you.  The emerald green Light and Unconditional Love of the 4th chakra surrounds you always.  Take the time to quiet your mind and recognize its presence.

Affirmatively set your intention to fully remember and realize who you really are, a Holy Child of Creation.  Place your ego and all decisions at the feet of your Higher Self.  Drop all the fears and judgements that we chain to our very being.  Feel the prana or energy of Source as it flows through the crown of your head to every cell of your body to dissolve all energies that do not support your highest good.

Let go and rejoice in the joy and peace of who you are.  Let go and be in the moment.  Let go and know you are a Holy Child of Creation.  Let go and know that you are without sin.  Let go and know that Source, itself, is not complete without you.

Remember these things, precious one, as you continue your journey Home.

Now we are doing yoga…
