We are all creative beings of light.  We continuously create, both day and night.  Not a moment passes that we don’t create something, some thought, some action.   It is our nature to create.  It is who we are.  We cannot stop creating, we can’t even try.

Go ahead, try to stop creating.  Do you see what is happening?  You are creating thoughts and actions to try to stop creating.  We have no choice – we all create all the time and we will create for all of eternity.  We are eternal beings, we are Children of Source.

While we cannot stop creating, we can choose what we create.  This is our free will; this is our gift from the Universe to choose what we create with our lives.

However, we really only have two choices in our creations.  We can create with negative energy or we can create with positive energy.  Sounds simple, doesn’t it?  But that’s really all there is to it.  We know the difference between positive and negative energy.  We can feel the difference and we never need to justify using positive energy.

If you find yourself justifying an action you are about to take or have taken, your higher self is telling you to watch out.  Even if your intentions are good, your creation is having negative effects.  Stop and listen.  Create the opportunity to receive guidance.  It is just that black and white.  There is no gray energy.

You can never create with negative energy to ultimately create positive energy.  The ends don’t justify the means.  It doesn’t work that way.  You can’t hurt someone – emotionally or physically – with the justification that it will create a positive outcome later.  Conversely, you may do something you think is great that has devastating consequences for others.  If you are spending time justifying your actions, whatever they may be, then ask your higher self to guide you.

Give the decision making process to your higher self, that part of you that can see the entire forest and not just a few trees.  Do you understand what I am saying?  Your higher self is multidimensional and sees the larger picture.  Again, create the opportunity to receive guidance.  Trust that the decision that is needed will be made and that it is the right decision for all concerned.  If you had a can of black paint and a can of white paint, could you ever add just a little black to the white paint to make it purer?  Of course not.  It is the same with our creations.  Negative creations can never help create positive creations.

So how do we know which direction to take?  Which decision to make?  Problem is, we don’t always know which is black and which is white.  We cannot see clearly from our perspective, we are looking at a patch of trees from the ground.  What we can do is give our decision making process to that which can see the entire forest.  Take the time, even if it is just a few moments, and ask for guidance.  You cannot be denied.  It will be given.

Now bear with me as we jump off the deep end…make a conscious effort to ask your higher self to make all decisions for you today.  Make no decision without first putting the question to your higher self and wait for the answer.  The answer is sometimes soft and we must learn to hear it, but it is always given.  You must create the opportunity to hear, to feel, to accept the guidance you seek.  Slow down, quiet your mind, focus your intention.  These are all things we practice on the mat.  You know how to do it.  Ask and you shall receive an answer.

Embrace your divinity.  You are a Holy Child of The Universe.  Consciously create your existence to further awaken and remember your true nature, your inheritance, as you continue your journey Home.

Now we are doing yoga….
