Fear.  In  some circles, it is what makes the world go ‘round.  Many governments and other organizations are based on fear.  My first boss told me that he wanted me to be in debt, buy a car or buy a house, so that I would be motivated by the fear of not being able to make my payments.  He reasoned that fear of being in debt would get me out of bed in the morning.  I became a debt slave early in my life.

Over the years I have learned that debt in and of itself is not a bad thing, it’s the fear that attaches to it that is the problem.  In actuality, I was not a debt slave, I was a fear slave.  Fear can attach to every action or decision we make in life.  Fear is what gets us in trouble, drives us to make rash decisions and causes us to ignore the soft, ever present voice of our Higher Selves.

Why is that?  Why is fear so all encompassing?  Why can fear take over our lives so suddenly and completely?  To be blunt, because we allow it to happen.  Fear arises out of the second chakra, the gut, but fear cannot survive in higher vibrational energies.  Fear gives our monkey minds a focal point, it gives us an easy common enemy.  Fear is communal, no one is going to leave the pack when they are afraid.  Fear is irrational, no need for intellect to analyze it.  Fear is loud, it pushes its way to the front and attempts to drown out everything else.

Fear is also selfish and very personal.  Our fears, all of them, ultimately boil down to perceived harm to the individual, to the persona of the ego in this lifetime.  Fear is made up by our ego to validate the ego just as the bully talks long and loud to validate his existence.  The wizard used fear.  Do you remember what was actually behind the curtain?

Use the higher vibrational energies of intention and unconditional love to contain fear where it belongs.  Move your focus out of the 2nd chakra to where you belong as a Child of the Universe.  The only way that fear is effective is for you to forsake who you are.  Fear calls for you to limit yourself to an existence in the lower vibrational realms.

In the realms of the first and second chakras, the focus is on the self.  Move past the fear and your perspective changes from a “you” focus to a focus on your entire being as you move to higher realms of existence.

Do you understand?  As you move out of the lower vibrational chakras, your very being expands.  You consciously become aware of your Light Body.  Fear cannot expand with you and withdraws.  The “you” that is afraid is but a small part of who you are.  Embrace the full essence of your being and the “little you” takes care of itself as your existence expands to recognize and encompass your True Self.

Remember who you are and you will understand that fear is nonsense.  How can a being that cannot be harmed be afraid?  You are a part of God.  God is not complete without you.  Can God be harmed?  Is God afraid?  Clearly, there are an infinite number of experiences that we may find unpleasant, but from the perspective of an immortal being that is a part of the All, can it really be any more than that?

We are here to experience all that can be experienced.  Collectively, that means all manner of experience.  Embrace all experiences that you come across on your path without fear, but with a knowing that each will pass and you will be a richer, fuller being by having the experience.  All that baggage of fear, shame, embarrassment, anxiety, are man-made/ego-made emotions that do not survive the Light.  Do not give your energy to these emotions for they are but an illusion that fades away in the Light of your True Self.

Now we are doing yoga….
